girls who bought their dresses

anyone having second thoughts???? i am and im not one to second guess myself but now i am.

I didnt get mine yet but was close to ordering one but held back bc i had 2nd thoughts.

Daily! But I'm poor, so I'm stuck with it!

I think my problem was that I tried it on, then tried it on again a week later, then didn't order it for 2 weeks...I didn't try it on when I ordered it cause I got it through Phyllis....

My mom hasn't seen it, but my sister LOVES it...

Hopefully I'll love it again when I finally get it. (In June- which doesn;t leave me enough time for a new one anyway- esp. since I hear Maggie Sottero gowns always come in later than they say)

I think its natural to have doubts! Its a once in a lifetime thing (hopefully. . .)

But, if you loved it in the beginning, you'll still love it when its time to wear it and the whole look is put together..

Just because you're not one to have second thoughts doesn't mean you can't. A wedding dress is a huge decision and I think it might be even a little common to wonder if it is the right one. A lot of girls on here bought their dresses and had the same feelings as you (i.e recent example- perfect pair). I think that you felt it was the one for a reason and don't forget that. Also, your mom sounds like one tough cookie and I don't think she'd let you buy a wedding dress that wasn't 'the one'. Chin up, you look gorgeous in your dress!

i already purchased my dress i was thrilled when i bought it and had no second thoughts but now that im looking at the pics in my album.. im having second thougts

I bought my dress and loved it. I had my sister sneak pictures of me in the dress in the dressing room. Now when I look at the pictures I have second thoughts... I think it is only natural that we have second thoughts b/c it is so important to us how we look on our wedding day. I just keep trying to remember how I felt when I had the dress on and that I felt like it was the one. When you had it on did you feel like it was the one?

thanks girls.. i appriciate it... im just worried since its such a huge investment..and jess your right my mom is one tough cookie and she is very HONEST!..sometimes too honest. but it makes things easier... i guess im worried cuz i tried it on once and bought it!

yes i did its just so annoying,.... cuz i know its going to be so long till i get to wear it i guess its only natural to have second thoughts

Megan it still looks great on you! I don't think you'd find another dress that was as 'megan like' as that dress. It really suits you (in this case I guess it dresses you, lol)

that dress is gorgeous on you!

Don't worry from time to time i wonder about my dress too especially cause all the embroidery and beading and stuff is going to be a different color than the sample was.

But then I look at the picture I have of it and am reassured that it's THE ONE.
