what does your timeline look like? My venue told me to put 5pm on my invites for their 1/2 hour hospitality that they offer & my ceremony starts at 5:30.

My ceremony starts at 5:30pm. But we're doing our pictures before the ceremony, so my day will most likely go something like this:
8:00- Drop stuff at bridal room at hotel 8:30- Hair appointment 12:00- Back at hotel for make up and get dressed 1:30- Limo picks us up for photos by river and vanderbuilt mansion 4:30- Return to hotel and 'hide' before guests arrive. 5:30- Ceremony

12pm hair and makeup at hotel 3pm photographer and videographer arrive, have reveal with FH and do all pics 5:30ish be at RH in bridal suite 6:30 ceremony

We only have half an hour for our ceremony, when I asked for an hour, they told me they don't do that. They told me to put on my invites that the ceremony will start early. I don't know, I just thought that was wrong. I'm thinking they meant put 5:00 for a 5:30, but still... I just don't get it. If I'm putting 5pm then why not start the ceremony at 5?

Church is at 4:00
CH is at 7:00

ekk i dont even want to start thinking about my timeline. I think our ceremony is 5 or 530. I am soooo slow when it comes to getting ready because i always start doing something else, then go to clean my room or play music. Thankfully i wont have to worry about doing my hair or makeup so hopefully that will move things along
I figure id start between 2-3. I really have no idea

I'm doing pictures before as well but I want to make sure that I give myself at least 1 full hour before my ceremony to freshen up & relax.
Since my hospitality is at 5, I'm thinking of taking pictures from 2:30-4 & hopefully hit no traffic since I'm getting married on a Friday.

i am hoping that my RH doesn't book a wedding during the day so that I can start at 5:30 or 6pm (vs. the 6:30 that my RH is saying now). Right now, I'm planning to have hair/makeup and photog at my hotel around 1 and then we are going to do the reveal/start taking pictures at 3ish. Hopeing to be at RH by 5 to hang out in the bridal suite.
