Girls who did STD Magnets

Did you have to bring them directly to the post office to be mailed?

I think I read something on here, about magnets getting stuck to mailboxes or to each other or something.

Yes, its true, some of my envelopes were sticking together lol. I decided to mail them at different post offices and on different days to try to send out as little together as possible. A good idea would be to insert a piece of heavy cardstock on the magnetic side to weaken the hold. Please DO NOT stick them in the mail box, as they will stick to it since its metal. Unless you the the cardstock thing.

Yea drop them off at the post office... I think one of mine is still stuck there b/c Fh cuz stl didn't get hers.....

it also depends on the magnets you use. i made my own save the date magnets. and i put them inside a card which was made of cardstock and i put them in those padded envelopes. i had no problems.

if you're a little worried, try the trick stated above of sending them from different post offices on different days of the same week.

well I will have a card with it, but its not a folded card, just one card. What if someone else is mailing magnets same day
