Girls who did/doing ribbon wands...

Is this a good price to just get them pre-made? How much would you say it ended up costing per piece?

Ribbon Wands

They are really nice. They look neater than mine. How much did mine cost to make?
Paint, I already had it...
Ribbon, 30 cent a roll maybe 15 of each roll
Sticks, I have no idea....
End caps.. not sure either.. LOL
Bells.. maybe 6$ a box..4 boxes

ALL I can say is.. Ribbon wands are a pain to make. we tried spraying them but we weren't getting even coverage, THen we had to hand paint them. They stuck to whatever we laid or leaned them on. THey needed to be touched up where we peeled them off the plastic or paper.. Some of them look bad. Then you had to cut all the ribbon, attach the tops and bells.
It sucked I would pay any price to have them made. They were really really hard to make. You don't need one for everyone. Totally get them.. I support this purchase, offically. (partially because I don't want to help you make them.. )

Can I ask what they are for??? I have heard of them but I don't know what they are for

I'm not doing ribbon wands, but I think it's a great price! GO for it girlie!

They are an alternative to having stuff thrown at you when you leave the church. You have the ribbons in the color of your wedding and people shake them at you.. you know like a get in shape girl wand
You can put bells onthe end bc I read in Martha stewart ( and we all know that her mag is the bible!) that shaking bells at a couple as they leave is a sign of good fortune or luck or something.. I hope fortune.. I am poor.

I agree - I am surprised by the price.

Tho..with 300 people.... maybe half of these and the rest bubbles!
