Girls who doing donation

I decided to do a donation for the wedding instead of a favor. What did you do to inform your guests that that is what you did? If you typed it up and put it in a frame where did you put it during the wedding?

I've seen a card placed at each place setting. I've also seen just one large card on the table where the escort cards are.

i donated through american diabetes assoc and they printed individual paper scrolls for each guest that im tying with ribbon. they also would do business cards or table tents. also if you donate through ido.com i think they provide cards as well.

I'm doing the Leukemia Society and They are giving us the scroll letters.

I want to donate to Susan G. Komen but I haven't looked into it yet. I'm assuming they'll do the same thing and give us cards or something to place at each table setting.

Girls who got scrolls, did you call ahead of time or is this something that they automatically sent you?

I'm trying to decide between doing a little card at each place setting or two larger framed cards at each table. We'll see.
