can you please tell me if they cap their alterations and how much they charge for a bustle. I know they don't charge to have the gown taken. So really how much do they charge for length alterations and buslte?

I can't remember off the top of my head it wasn't that bad though. I had to pay for bustle and a bunch of lingerie straps. I will check when i go home how much the total alterations were. When they do the alterations make sure you are satisfied and that they just don't push you in and out.

i believe mine was something like $165...it really was reasonable. They kept working w me until my dress was just perfectly the way I wanted (I had a lot of special things that I wanted done)

That's not bad at all. I may end up going there.
If you don't mind me asking, how much adavance notice do I need to give them to book an appt? My dress is scheduled to arrive early Feb 2007 and with an early March wedding, I'd like to make the appt. before the dress arrives.
Also, what about alterations for the BM's how much would that go?
Sorry to hog up this post but I fugured it will be useful to us.
