girls who had outdoor ceremonies

girls who had outdoor ceremonies

I'm having an outdoor ceremony (weather permitting, of course) and am starting to worry about things like humidity, whether or not people (older people especially) will be uncomfortable, whether the sun will 'kill' anyone, etc.

Has anyone had an outdoor ceremony? Would you recommend that I do anything specific (like give fans to people or something)?

TIA

we're having one but it's going to be at 6:30 so hopefully it won't be so hot by that point

I had my ceremony outside and the weather was beautiful! No humidity, not too hot, it was perfect. People were outside from about 4:45pm to 5:30...no one complained.

Don't stress!

Aug 1st was a gorgeous day... i went to a wedding that day too...

my sisters wedding was Aug 12th and it was sooo hot... it would have been very bad if she had an outdoor ceremony ... if the ceremony is in the late afternoon early evening i think you'll be ok.

theres always a chance that you get a really great day... 11am really shouldnt be too hot... the peak of the afternoon heat is really more between 12 and 1

Practically my entire wedding was outside but we ended up with a gorgeous day. I wouldn't stress about it because you can't control the weather. Just make sure that your ceremony isn't longer than 30 mins.

I'm having an outdoor ceremony at 5pm.

I'd take heat over rain!
