Girls who have a large bridal party

I know I have 7...I am spending about $50 on each

I'm getting them their DOJ and for the 'older'(32-43) BM's i'm getting them a clutch purse and for the 'younger' (12-17) BM's I'm having their make-up done the day of.

So I'm spending anywhere between $100-$150 per girl.

Yea i would love to be able to get their make up done or hair or something but I can't afford that...i am doing their DOJ, I got them pashminas, I think they will be able to use them again I would, and I am going to go to the outlets to check out coach, I also thought about getting them a jewelry roll from potterybarn I saw because we all have another wedding to travel to the week after mine and figured they could use that again.

Where are you getting the DOJ from? I've been searching around for that as well...

Believe me I am with you, it is so hard....how was tri county? Did they have a good selection and quality?

I figured for the young girls make-up would be good since their all into that, and for the older girls the clutch would be better because they could use it again. I would not be able to pay for all the girls make-up though, so I split it by age. I'm not sure where to get a clutch though for my older girls (they would kill me if they heard me refer to them as that ). I might need to hit the outlets also.

My per girl cost might come out less...because i'm getting their DOJ from Lia Sophia. I'm hosting a party at my apt. so they have 'hostess' incentives.

Lia Sophia I'm including the pic, I'm only getting the necklace and earrings...not the bracelet.

What kind of clutches are you looking for, to wear with their dresses or to use in their everyday wear? I was at Banana Republic and they had really cute ones there on sale too...
That is great that you are able to break it down though...see all of us are really the same age in our 30s and my FG is 7!
I am going to check out Lia Sophia. I saw a pair of earrings on White Aisle I might get them and just get my sister a different pair since she is the MOH...it is such a thought process!

I am in the same boat as u... i have 10 girls plus a flower girl......

I actually don't have a bridal party at all (just my sister as MOH), but I've been in a million weddings so I'll give you my 'expert'advice.

Usually DOJ, pashmina and some gift that isn't 'just for the wedding' like a tote bag/jewelry bag embroidered with my name. One bride gave the DOJ and then got us all something special on her honeymoon in Belize. I liked that one a lot. Oh and some gave flip flops, or other cute comfy shoes that match the BP dresses so we can change into them.

I never expect much and am always pleased so don't overextend yourself, everyone knows weddings are expensive. They are there because they love you not for the gift. My advice - go cheap!

But at handwritten sappy 'why I love and appreciate you' card is the best part of the BP gifts.

I bought the coach wristlets and DOJ for the BMs. The wristlets for the Jr. BM and flowergirl dolls for the flower girls. appox $100 pp. HTH
