GIRLS WHO HAVE IVORY DRESSES

Did you have/ Will you have a white/ivory BO-K or a color BO-K?

Also, did the groomsman wear ivory shirts or white shirts??

FH is going to wear an ivory tie and vest to match me so I am assuming his shirt is ivory or just white??

We are having ivory shirts, and for my Bo-K, I will probably do ivory also, but mixing in a lot of deep fall colors!

We are having white shirts and because MW didn't offer ivory in the shirt we wanted. Im going to have ivory and colored flowers in my bouquet.

I had an ivory dress. DH wore an ivory vest and tie with a white shirt. My flowers were red....i think to have it all ivory would be just tooo much.

Also a white shirt did not make my dress look dingy as many tux/dress places will tell you. Ivory shirt tie vest might be too much and the ivorys might not all match.

My bok is diff shades of white, light pink and hot pink

gm's and fh all have ivory shirts

I had an ivory dress (but it wasnt really ivory, it was like an off-white, not that yellow ivory) and DH wore a matching color vest and tie which looked great with the tux and then my Bok was all ivory except for the orchids that have the pink center. Also all our CPs were ivory too except for the BMs boks

What color was DH's shirt with the ivory vest and tie? I want to do ivory vest and tie also but not sure if we should use a white shirt or ivory shirt?! I saw pics of people who did both and both look nice. At first thought white shirt would clash with the ivory vest and tie but in the pics I saw it doesn't clash at all ! hmmmm

My Bo-K will be colorful. I told them I didn't want any white or ivory flowers. My FH is wearing a linen pant suit with a white linen shirt. He will only be wearing the Jacket for the ceremony and then its coming off!

I would prefer that the guys all wear ivory shirts so I don't look dingy. I am going to try to steer FH in to an ivory or black vest and tie, and the guys in either a burgundy or gold vest and tie. My bouquet will be majority burgundy roses with a few ivory thrown in as contrast.

FH will be in ivory and my bk has ivory roses

The guys will also have ivory shirts how wedding colors are black ivory and pale pink

the guys are going to wear ivory shirts. If they wear a bright white shirt next to an ivory dress it makes the dress look dirty in pictures.

If you decide to do ivory shirts dont go to mens wearhouse. I went there the other day for tuxes and I was sold until they pulled out the ivory shirt. it looked YELLOW.. I kept saying thats not ivory and they kept saying thats the only ivory we have. So i went to Paradise bridal (where I got my dress) and saw their ivory shirt (which was not yellow!!) and ended up getting the tuxes from there.

I'm doing an all ivory bouquet but only because that's what I want, you can do color or ivory/creams, whatever you prefer. We're still trying to decide whether or not FH's tux will be black with a white shirt and ivory tie and vest (for contrast), a black tux with ivory shirt, tie and vest or since our colors are ivory and chocolate brown, if we should do brown tux, ivory shirt, ivory tie, etc. Still working it out...

i wore ivory and the gm wore white shirts. i don't think my dress looks dingy at all and the boys all look nice and crisp.

Im doing a black magic rose BO-K

The groomsmen will all be in ivory shirts. FH is wearing ivory shirt, vest, and tie too.....dont do white shirts! You want him/them to match you!

I haven't yet decided on my BoK just yet... but I was going to do either a traditional white one, a red one, or a blusher.

My groomsmen are wearing ivory, BUT cross check them with your dress swatch!! There are a lot of shades of ivory, if your dress is almost white, you may need to check that the shirt colors are close enough in color!

not do white or ivory flowers and the guys will be in white shirts...I dont like what guys shirt look like when they are ivory...it just looks dirty to me.
