Girls who live with FH- Invitation Help

Starting to do invitations.
FH and I live together, how do we address the response envelopes.

Just my name:
Miss Stephanie (last name)

or both:
Miss Stephanie (last name)
Mr. Robert (last name)

For the back of the envelope flap, I am just going to do the address, no names.

I also just put my name for the responses and put our first names only on the envelope flap.
