I mailed all my invites this morning.... Now is it just me or was it SOOOO EXCITING dropping off all those invites... I felt like a little kid walking into the post office..

I felt the same way -- we mailed ours on Friday!! and starting getting calls on Saturday that people loved our invites and some said they already put the responses in the mail!!
Can't wait to check the mail today for RSVP's

congrats!! i felt SO relieved when i mailed mine! and now you have something to look forward to EVERYDAY when i get home (other than just getting home )

But with the wrong invites....

Just a question - did anyone give you grief saying you sent them out too early? I want to send mine out soon, but FMIL is giving me a hard time about it saying it's too early!

congrats!!! I was so thrilled to get them out of my house!! it was cute b/c all the older people in line at the post office were telling me congrats b/c they could see I had wedding invites....it just made me feel special

No way its not too Soon Its perfect timing.. you need some time to get the RSVP;s back and then you have to give the place a head count like 2 weeks before..
