Girls who printed on envelopes for invites themselves...
Was it completely and totally a chore? I don't want to hire someone to write on them so I was gonna buy the envelopes and do everything in Word....type everything out and print on them....
You have to feed them in one by one, right? Any tips?
I don't even have my invites ordered yet bad, bad, bad....

I Just finished mine. It was simple once I got it going. The hardest part was trying to figure out the centering and spacing on word. Yes, I had to feed one at a time. It really didn't take that long once all the settings and stuff are set.

It wasn't too bad...You just have to set a template so that they all print in the same space, and once you do that, then you just have to feed one by one and voila. Not too bad I also only had to do like 30 of them, so that's probably why it wasn't as bad lol

i'm in the processing of doing this now. i have 60, i did 20 sunday, 20 monday, took last night off and going to do another 20 tonight.
it wasn't too bad, but the beginning is the worst/frustrating part!

I'm printing them on clear labels so the labels will have a template and print and stick.

It wasn't bad. I created a box the size of the envelope of an 8x11 'sheet' in word, and then just formatted the box - envelopes printed up great. When I was running low on ink I started to get dots at the edge of the envelope, but as soon as I changed the ink it went away.

I am just going to do a mail merge through Word... I did them for a friend and it went 1,2,3. I also used my work computer and printer which helps. We have great printers at work..

soo much easir if you put an excel spread sheet together with a column mr. and mrs. , name, address, city, state, zip.
than you go into word and go to mail merge. than you just set your template and all your address are already in there from the excel sheet!!!
fm me if you need help.

I used inkspun.com
I just had to email them a word doc with all the addresses and mail them the invites.
They printed all 120 envelopes for $50.
They came out beautiful. He even shrink wraps them when he sends them back so they stay nice, crisp & clean.
