If you have not tried it, I HIGHLY reccomend the Netipot. It's great!! It does not cure allergies completely, but it does provide relief....it;s available at most drugstores.

It looks like a mini tea kettle..it comes with packets of saline solution..you mix the solution with lukewarm water, tilt your head, put it up one nostril, and it goes up, then comes out the other side....then you blow your nose, and repeat on the other side...you do it twice a day as needed,....sounds gross, but really helps, and is not that bad..Here's the link.
I use it everyday. Its AMAZING. Works so well. I agree with mrs z...definitely doesnt get rid of allergies but helps congestion a lot. Also, it keeps your allergies from spreading to sinus infections.

but doesnt it feel like when your swimming and get water up your nose. I couldnt do that every day. Plus that wouldnt really help my allergy eyes

No, it doesnt feel like when youre swimming. It doesnt really feel like anything other than water. Besides, when you're done, you blow the water out...none of it remains in your nose/sinuses. It would deffinitely help your allergies bc it helps to clean all the mucus out of your nose and sinuses..which can put a lot of pressure on your eyes.
