Girls with around 200 Guests

Our minimum is 200 and I want to have as close to 200 guests at my wedding. We are going to invite 225-250 people.

My question is, for those of you with a similar guest range... how many invtes are you ordering??? I was thinking 125. Do you think that is a good number?

I am ordering 150. I am inviting 230-240 guest, however, the post office is BRUTAL with returned envelopes, so you would always need that cushion for JUST IN CASE...

I think thats probably a good number. However I would definitely put together a pretty concrete guest list and count how many invitions you will need to send. You could have a guest list of 200 but at the same time have alot of families of 4 that only require 1 invitation

I am inviting about 200 and ordering 125. It really depends on how many single people you are inviting

the usual math is # of guests divided by 2 and add on 25 as a cushion.

Right now my list is around 275 But my minimum is 200 and I am expecting closer to 220.

I was told when I was looking at invites last week that I should budget for 150 invites.

I'm inviting 225 and i'm ordering 125 invites. This is a little more then i'll need but better safe then sorry.

Min is 150, FH and I are ok with 185 coming.

I'm inviting 'so far' 267........I'm going to order 150 just to be safe plus I want to have a few left over

I'm inviting around 200... right now the spreadsheet is broken down by address and looks like around 125 invites will be needed... plus some extras just in case.

I will prob. be ordering 150-175 becuse I ordered 125 STD's and I am not mailing them everyone (People I work with just because of the economy)

i have 210 on my guest list and i ordered 100 invites. If you do your guestlist on theknot.com it makes it really easy to keep track. like a family of 4 is one invite, a friend plus guest, etc. it will work out all the numbers for u so u know how many guest and how many invites. and then u can export the list into excel.

I am ordering an extra 25 invites - for our B list ( in case we have enough $$ by then we will invite them and just case its always good to have afew extras)

We have just about the same numbers and I belive we ordered 150 invites. I'm still waiting for them to come in. I might have slightly more than you... but when I did the numbers I think I needed about 120 invites...and extra is always nice to have!

we ordered 110 invites for a guest list of 190.....i made up my guest list in excel and then put down how many invites I needed for that family in a separate column to get an accurate number, then just ordered 10 extra just in case.
