this! this is what was done for every wedding i was in---- granted i have only been in jewish weddings where the ceremony was @ the rh.
we are having a 'RD' per se but it is more for family/OOT guests to get together the night before.

It was about a half an hour before ceremony. I wasn't even part of it! Everyone else was. I just drank (I was a bad bride lol) and as my guests arrived, a few of them snuck over n hung out with me lol. My poor DH started crying during the rehearsal bc he thought it was real! I was like 'Umm did you not notice that there were NO people sitting down?!' lol

How much are they charging you to have the ceremony at the RH? I was quoted $750, which includes the decorations.

can't because there is a wedding the day before and possibly the afternoon of my wedding but having a dinner the night before for immediate family and bridal party. i'm not really worried about practicing, just the flower girl and ring bearer but all of their parents are in the bridal party.
at the very least, we can run through the lineup right before the ceremony. think i'm being charged about $750 or $800 to have the ceremony at the rh, something like that.

yup! except my hall lets people have the rehearsal dinner there. If we didn't decide to do that though we were going to rehearse in an area we could set up like an aisle and then go to dinner.

yes! my wedding is on a friday
will either do RD wed or thurs, prob thurs bc it will be easier for OOTers
i know i will just feel better about everything if we have a run through! my RH is letting us do the rehearsal there, we may have dinner there as well...havent decided on that yet
