Girls with eyebrow issues....

Original post by beachbum05

Hi ladies!

So Kim's (AMGBride) sister did a makeup trial for me recently and discovered that I over pluck. So in attempt to even out my eyebrows and start them off on the right foot she started reshaping a little for me.

Unfortunately it left my eyebrow funky and in need of filling in (totally my fault for being a plucker - not hers! She helped big time!)

Anyhoo, I went to sephora and bought the BEST stuff. So I had to come on and rave about it.

Its called Brows in Bloom by Anastasia and it rocks for filling in your brows!

Here are some craptastic before and after pics of my screwed up eyebrow:

stop plucking them and get them waxed or go to a salon and let them pluck it

i need a new wax place. I go around the corner and they SUCK but it's convenient. they totally screwed up last time and i'm trying to grow them out. but i need the convenience...

IMO the russians do it the BEST.

Benefit has a GREAT eyebrow kit. Im a chronic over plucker and the kit fills them in. You can see how well it works in my epics. It comes with a wax, a powder, and a mini tweezer. And they have different colors for darker and lighter eyebrows.

I don't know where you are, but I go to a woman in Soho. She's a 'Brow Master'. Her name is Robin Evans. She literally changed my face and my life when she did that. It's unreal what properly shaped brows can do to your whole look. I highly encourage you to see her. She also does amazing facials.

the pain lasts like 2 seconds, honestly i always wax but cant stand getting plucked, but if you want to stick to tweezers just let someone else do it

Thanks ladies but I am on Long Island in suffolk. Traveling to Manhattan would be too much just to get plucked.

Any great places on the island?

it really doesn't hurt that much esp eyebrows (lip is killer). the more you wax the less you feel it. just don't go the week before your pd.
