Girls with eyebrow issues....

Original post by beachbum05

Hi ladies!

So Kim's (AMGBride) sister did a makeup trial for me recently and discovered that I over pluck. So in attempt to even out my eyebrows and start them off on the right foot she started reshaping a little for me.

Unfortunately it left my eyebrow funky and in need of filling in (totally my fault for being a plucker - not hers! She helped big time!)

Anyhoo, I went to sephora and bought the BEST stuff. So I had to come on and rave about it.

Its called Brows in Bloom by Anastasia and it rocks for filling in your brows!

Here are some craptastic before and after pics of my screwed up eyebrow:

I am a pluck-aholic. How on earth do I get them in better shape?

stop plucking them and get them waxed or go to a salon and let them pluck it

Waxed!!??? oh my god i dont know if i could deal with the pain
i guess i should hide my tweezers

It seriously barely hurts. And getting them waxed and shaped is really a great thing.

most of the professional ones are, i think. but hopefully they do it and you can get your regular waxer to maintain it... that's my plan anyway.

Thanks ladies but I am on Long Island in suffolk. Traveling to Manhattan would be too much just to get plucked.

Any great places on the island?

yea, seriously. i am in desperate need of eyebrow help too!

well i would like a more regular affordable person for maintenance... so if she knows any of those that would be awesome. my office is near grand central - 40th and park. the place i go now is a nail place and they are terrible - i feel like my eyebrows grow back right away and they put nothing on them at all so they itch and are always red. ugh. I used to go to 54th but it's not that convenient since i moved back to queens.

Thanks!

If you can get down to Soho during lunch, I highly recommend my 'brow master'. Her name is Robin Evans. Robin Evans
