Question for you ladies....are you washing your hair the day before (like most hairdressers recommend) or are you washing it the day of? I am just so worried that I will look like a grease ball by the end of the night if I wash it the day before. What have you done or plan on doing?

I washed mine the night before and it was fine. I did have a morning wedding, though.
What time are you getting your hair done?

I'm getting married at 2 but then have time in between. I'm worried that it will be bad by the end of the night....ugh, I don't know what to do! I guess I'll see how it looks the morning of and decide then!

I think you'll be ok doing it the night before. Especially if you stay up late.
Once she fixes it and sprays it, I think you won't have to worry as much about oil..

I am not getting married until 6:30 pm so, I definitely need to wash my hair the day of or it would be a scary sight!

with the amount of product they put in your hair, rest assure, it wont LOOK oily!! my hair gets oily easily and for proms, weddings etc. i always wash the day before and it was never a problem!

I'm washing it the day of-------but I have very oily hair i wash it everyday and if i go out at night, i have to wash it twice a day.....so don't go by me.
If I don't it looks like it hasn't been washed for 2 weeks!

i have very very oily hair i wash every single morning. By the end of the day its so oily its not even funny.
I cant even imaigne how disgusting and gross my hair and skin would feel if i did it the day before.
That morning im going to wash it 3 times lol just so its clean

I asked my hairdresser what to do and she says do it the night before . With all the products they use your hair wont look oily at all! maybe put some mousse in it or something before you dry it so it wont get as oily..that works for me!

I asked my hair girl the same question. She told me to wash my hair the morning of if I have oily hair. For the trial I had washed my hair that morning and had the trial at around 1. My hair stayed all day until 2am when I went to bed.

i washed my hair the day i had my trial and i will be doing the same the day of. my hair gets really oily in 24 hours. so i'd rather feel like i have fresh hair on my wedding day.

I'm having my hair done in a salon, so they will wash it before they style it.
