are you getting a Cathedral veil? I originally wanted a fingertip veil but now Im thinking about it...but then again I hear the cathedral veils are uncomfortable and people step on it and its just plain annoying...
What are you ladies doing?
Thanks!

Re: Girls with 'Sweep' trains...
My veil came just below my shoulders and I chose to wear it all day. The cathedral length made me uncomfortable. If you get a cathedral veil, you'll have to be EXTRA careful when you walk. I learned early on in the day that I couldn't walk in reverse until my dress was bustled because of the train - I'm glad that I didn't have to worry about the veil, too.

Re: Girls with 'Sweep' trains...
My MOH had a Cathedral veil when she got married. Her poor Maid of Honor had a LOT of work to do to keep that thing in tow, so I don't want to go THAT long. I honestly don't know what to do...
Fingertip veils are the ones that just go to the waist, right? I think I may want a little longer than that... at least for the ceremony. Then I can switch to the shorter one.

I had a cathedral veil and we bustled it after the ceremony. It was really easy to do and it didn't bother me all night. I spent a lot of money on my veil so I vowed to wear it all night, and I did. I'm still so proud of myself.
