I just ordered my dress and I love it but...now I'm having second thoughts about the ribbon across it which I got in champagne. I was originally going to do all solid but realized I'd lose the detailing without the different color. The dress is natural silk (like a diamond white). Anyone have similar colors to post of their gown?

ChristineAE's dress has a ribbon sash too. She's posted pics before -- take a look or FM her.
I think the ribbons look fabulous! don't worry about it - it will look great and it will give you a great accent color to carry through the rest of the wedding!!!!!!!!!!

I guess I am partly worried b/c a) my FH is very traditional and I don't know how he'll like it and b) I'm really not carrying that tone anywhere else in the wedding - but I guess its neutral enough not to.

I was second guessing my dress b/c of that too. My dress is champange and pink and I'm not using pink in the color theme at all. Oh well. The dress is so me. Its a neutral enough pink that it wouldn't clash. So I'm sticking with it.
