I have only tried them on, so I cannot imagine what it's like the day of..... Some of them look just so huge 1. How how do you get hot 2. How do you get close to your FH?

The only time I was really hot was during the ceremony, but it was hot under the chuppah!
I don't know the answer to your 2nd question, b/c DH and I had no problem getting close!

it might seem like a dumb questions, but I really did not know. (and maybe it's some of the dresses in the designers photos, they just look so wide).

It all seems to work out. Half the things I thought I would be concerned about weren't even a thought in my mind on my wedding day!

I thought mine was going to be so heavy and that my back would be aching by the reception, but honestly on that day you are on such a high that you do not even worry or think about half of the things you thought you would!
We were actually able to close too, because the dress would kind of smoosh in!
