Hey girls, So she sent me a proof in the mail already and I want to change the whole layout of the invite. A pocketfold to a layered card instead. Does she charge me now since im changing all of this? Am I accepting any charges by signing the proof approval form she sent?
Also, does anyone know if you get a layered card, what it comes with? I would imagine the response card, but what else? The directions I would get from my RH then?

i am not sure about the pricing part but i did get layered invites from her. if you look at the idea inventory papers, on the last page it asks you to pick invitation inserts, so you can choose what you want. i personally picked reception & directions inserts & response cards.

I have layered invites from her. You pay for each insert separately but it is definitely WAY cheaper than a pocketfold. My inserts are response, reception, directions, and accomodations. As far as her already sending you a proof, I have no idea how that would work.

I think you would have to do a redesign, i think you wont get charged, but you will have to go through the whole process again, like from the preliminary design stage.
As for the inserts, each inserts costs a certain amount, so it depends on the number of inserts you want.

my proof should be arriving soon and i was wondering the same thing. also, with a layered card.. what holds the layers together? is it a ribbon that gets tied around? thanks

I would e-mail her and ask what you should do if you want to change the whole redesign. And the layered card comes with whatever you want it to. She does direction cards in the same design as your invite so you don't have to use your RH ones.

I'm pretty sure the layers are glued together.

On the last page of the proof approval form it has 3 boxes, approved w/no changes, approved with comp mock up changes, and new proof requested.
