I'm thinking of wearing short black sequined shorts w/fishnet stockings and heals. Then some type of top. What kind of costume can I call this? lol I'll add accessories if needed.

Why don't you call it a cigarette girl?
Get a cardboard box... like the lid from a paper ream delivery box and tie some ribbon so it hangs around your neck and put fake (or real if you want to spend the $$) cigarettes in it... and walla you are a cigarette girl!!!

find a black shirt, hit up a costume store and get a green wig and black lipstick and a witches hat... then go as a sexy witch! I did that for my senior year of high school... and like EVERY year after that (I finally threw out my green wig because it was falling apart)
