Moving slow I feel... cant do much more on our end... its kinda up to everyone else now... appraisal was ordered... dunno when its happening though... applying for the MCC right now... so just have to get the paperwork to the lender... but we're like the guinea pigs for that program... no one knows what the hell is going on!!

Nannying... I've been looking all diff areas having to do with helping professions and you cant even get a simple email/call back... This was the first thing that came up that was FT that actually gave me the time of day... We could use the extra money with a house coming

We have in our contract that we must close by nov 30th... considering thats the last day for the 8k... Hoping to close by mid Nov though!
