Every week, I give myself a manicure and a pedicure. It is extremely furstrating when I paint my nails, because there are always bumps in the polish after they dry. They look fine when I paint them, and then later on I see imperfections. I've tried different polishs, so I don't think that's the problem. Maybe the weather,- I don't know. Any way to avoid this. It drives me nuts...

Re: Giving Myself A Manicure...
i think it has something to do with the temperature...this happens to me even when i go to the salon, so i don't think it's something that you're specifically doing incorrectly.

I was gonna say that - I'm pretty sure it IS the temperture.

i got my nails done two weeks ago ...i couldn't stay in the nail salon while they dried...so...i went from the comfortable temperature, into the hot blazing sun and then into my car where i put my fingers directly in front of the air vents...not good!!! thtey were bubbly and sad

Re: Giving Myself A Manicure...
i bought this new Maybelline nail polish and it was so bubbly when i put it on. I hope it was just the weather... i thinned it out just in case it was because it was too thick (i thought thats why it bubbled). I'll give it another shot.
