Giving out hotel info for OOT guests

How are you letting your OOT guests know about the hotel block?

I was going to send a packet to the OOT guests (the ones I know that are definitely coming at least) with STD's and also 'local things to do' info.

i got a carrier card to put my STD magents in and on that back of the magnet i put some hotel info and directed them to my wedding website for more info!

I having blocked mine yet but they will get info with the invites - after i block them - if they ask me i will let them know

I will be sending all the ott guest the hotel info with Save the dates( which I am hoping will be ready by Tomorrow)

On my STDs, we referenced our website and there is a section on the website with the hotel block info.

I put my hotel block cards in with the STD's only for out of town people and bridal party members.

When I send invites, EVERYONE will get a hotel block card.

Also, my wedding website address is on my STD and there is a page for OOT'ers with all of the hotel info there as well.

We'll probably send a separate packet to all OOT guests with this information...we wanted to send our STDs out a year before and I can't do the room blocks until August, hence the separate packet.

I wanted to put the info with the STDs, but I think the STDs will be done and sent out before rooms are blocked. So on the STDs I am going to put 'For updated hotel information... (insert website name)' and then send out formal info with the invitations.
