i'm trying to find a salon eitehr near our hotel (plainview) or our wedding (huntington) to do hair and make-up. i live in nj so i'm not able to go check them out in person before committing to a trial.
does anyone have any feedback on gizay michaels in huntington station?

Sorry but I have seen it because I go to NV Hair Company, who is just a wee bit east of there(just before Rte 110). They are pricey but you get what you pay for! They have a women there who does awsome airbrush make up they work in the salon but they are seperate. They are called Natural Style. I would suggest Jackie or April for an updo trial, depends on your budget. Jackie is higher priced because she is the owner. Lots of luck.

I went to Gizay Michaels once for high lights and a hair cut. Let me start off by saying both came out great. The one thing I did not like about it is that they only accept cash or checks. Unfortunately, nobody told me about this prior so I had to run out the back of the salon in the pouring rain and go to the nail salon behind it and use the atm, which i had to use twice b/c the maximum withdrawal amount was only about $125. I am using Dakotah on jericho tpk in Woodbury for hair and makeup
