Amen to that ! It's all about you and your day- as some say dare to be diffrent! I am doing a tiara as well (despite my aunt's protests) .

I think a tiara is personal preference-I really think its the way you wear it!!! I wore a headband..to each his own
Not getting sloshed at a wedding... I did! And I enjoyed every darn second of my wedding!!!

same here, not wearing one. i PERSONALLY feel like a tool w/ one on my head. its just not me. Same for veil. I just don't like them on me. So I'm doing a pretty hair comb and that's it.
This being said I think many girls look great w/ them. To each his/her own!
I did have my girls agree on the dress in my color I chose, but they will all match.
but I AM having overdone big beautiful bride hair, and i love it! And theyd probably think I over do my makeup most days lol.
You just have to be comfy on your big day so do what works best for you.

I have mixed feelings on a tiara...... at moments I sooooo want one... and then others Im totally against.... but I have 2 years to make the decesion...

DO WHAT YOU WANT!! Wha tdo they know... Do what looks and feels best!! I wasn't planning on wearing one, until I saw one that I loved... Also,I am taking off my veil mid-reception, and I still want to look like a bride from the neck up.
