I'm going on an interview and can't decide which to wear. I know they aren't going to hire me based on this but...

i always wear my glasses for interviews. Psychologically, I they give me more confidence when i am speaking.

contacts ETA: I feel they make it easier to really see your eyes when you are talking.

In college, I did an entire project on interviewing, and I think it was on CareerBuilder.com where they gave a list of the jobs for which you should wear glasses or contacts.
I can't remember the exact jobs, but it said for 'creativity' type jobs and 'people' type jobs such as marketing, real estate, retail, you should wear contacts. For 'technical, brainy-type' jobs such as computer programming and IT you should wear glasses.
Good Luck whatever you decide.

LOL that is too funny because my best friend is in advertising and wears her glasses only as an accessory (she has four pairs of really cute ones--black chunky, black little, etc.), and I am in IT and never ever wear my glasses! I wore them once in public since I got contacts at age 10 and that was when I had pink eye in college. And after I went blind without them for a week refusing to wear them.

Ok I found this online Contacts - people positions - consulting, sales, advertising, customer service, etc. Glasses - data/things positions - accounting, information systems, engineering, etc. So I guess that means I'm going contacts lol.
