Here is a list from longislandcateringhalls. com, not sure if it's up-to-date or not:

I don't know if you are looking at RH's besides Temples, but I'm getting married at Carlyle on the Green and I am having a glatt kosher wedding. Carlyle has its own on-site glatt kosher catering.

i think Leonards in Great Neck has glatt kosher (FH's cousin had her bat mizvah there and they keep kosher)

if only a portion of your guests need glatt kosher though, you should consider getting non-kosher food and ordering glatt kosher for the ones that need it (it's free up to a certain amount of plates at my RH)

I'm pretty sure Oceanside Jewish Center, Temple Avodah, East Meadow Jewish Center, Temple Chaverim, and maybe even Sands Lido has a glatt kosher menu.

i know the crest hollow country club can accomodate a kosher party.

Crest Hollow has their own glatt kosher kitchen.

Woodbury Country Club doesn't have kosher, they cater in from an outside catering company, which most of the RH's do.

The Sands Lido is def kosher, I'm getting married there, I don't think it's glatt though.

Re: Glatt Kosher

I had a really difficult time finding kosher. Most places say they are kosher and when you actually call them, they are not. There's a lot of good temples out there-

Temple Beth El of Cedarhurst
Sephardic Temple of Cedarhurst
East Meadow Jewish Center
Shelter Rock Jewish Center
Syosset Jewish Center
