I'm posting on behalf of a friend of mine who is looking to get married at a glatt kosher synagogue in nassau, queens, manhattan, or nj.

I had to have a Glatt Kosher Wedding, and got married at the Crest Hollow in Woodbury.
I also live in NJ and looked at a couple of places here as well that are Glatt:
The Crystal Palace (or Plaza, don't remember the exact name!) Which is in Livingston and the Atrium which is in West Orange. I know both of those to be Glatt Kosher
Also, here's a link to places on LI that have kosher. But remember, kosher and glatt kosher are two different things, so your friend should definately ask when inquiring if they are kosher or glatt kosher.
I had my wedding at the Great Neck Synagogue in July. They only do glatt kosher. you can check out my album for pix.

A friend of mine got married at Temple Israel in Lawrence and it was amazing!

Temple Beth El and The Sephardic Temple, both in Cedarhurst, are Glatt Kosher. They're both beautiful as well!

I think the El Carib in Brooklyn does a Kosher wedding...if she wants a catering hall.

I was going to suggest Crest Hollow. Leonards also offers Glatt kosher.

East Meadow Jewish Center, Oceanside Jewish Center, Sephardic Temple of Cedarhurst, Shelter Rock Jewish Center, Jericho Jewish Center...I believe that these are all Glatt. I know for sure that EMJC and OJC are.

Yep, I was an EMJC bride and their sister temple is OJC.

I had mine there in August. They were great. Everyone raved about the food too.
