Glen Island Food Service

Hi All!! First time posting! I am getting amrried at Glen Island in March of next year. I just received a preliminary timeline for the way the food will be served. Here is what I got.
8pm Appetizer
8:50 Intermezzo
9:45 Entree
11:15 Dessert

Has anyone had this type of schedule and does it 'work? Thanks all!!

I just got married at Glen Island in June and they didn't give me a time line....our guests went from the CH which was from 6:30-7:30, then into the RH for the reception from 8-11:30 where the appetizer, pasta, intermezzo and dinner were served, then from 11:30-12:30 was my viennese hour.
