Called them and had HORRIBLE experience on the phone. Almost called to tell them to fire the person they had handle the call. I can only imagine . . . . . My FH and I actually laughed at how ridiculously the guy behaved. i wish i could remember the 'topper' of the conversation, but he was a condescending nasty child who had no clue how to deal with professional, money-spending, adults.

That's funny I had the same experience when I called Oheka's Castle. Ahh well, they were out of my budget anyway...
