we met with them but they were just not what WE wanted.

But I can say that a coworker of mine used them and i saw her album and it was beautiful her pictures were gorgeous!! she spoke very highly of them!

I dont think you have anything to worry about.

We booked with them too; my wedding is in October this year. The problem is that since they use different photographers they get mixed reviews, but I spoke to a bride at the beginning of the year that used them and had a great experience with her photographer and her pictures. I think overall I’ve seen more positive comments, they are not as popular as other vendors but that doesn’t mean anything. As with any vendor, just be clear in what you want from them, and if you liked what you saw stay positive about it.

I’m sure we’ll have beautiful pictures!

I am using them too. We are getting married at Swan Club and although they are the only Swan Club vendors we are using, we went with them b/c they just seemed to know hat they were talking about, esp when it came to Swan Club. We met with Alison and she was nice to deal with. It is true that some people were not thrilled but most were. A co worker of mine used them and I saw her proofs and they were very beautiful...we are sticking with them...

we booked Duet

I used them for my wedding last October. I was very happy with my album. Our photographer Marc I believe was his name did a good job with the pictures he took but didn't concentrate on the details such as placement of people as much as I would have liked. I think with any photographer if you are upfront with them and let them know what you want and expect will do a good job there. Make sure you put someone in charge to keep an eye of the photographer that they are taking the pictures you want and in addition taking pictures at the reception.
