Good Morning Everyone!

I'm really busy at work, but I figured I'd check in with you all to brighten my day! I guess you could say LIW is the light at the end of my tunnel this week.

I can't wait for next week when I have time to get more wedding stuff done. For now it's work work work.

oh god I am having a day from hell... this woman had a ticket for last night she thought she was flying today, I mean it is her fault she didnt check her ticket till yesterday, I am telling you I am going to shoot myself... now I have to help her which is not easy the airlines dont care about things like that and at the same time you can only imagine what I have been called and what I heard from her....

she had a friend buy her ticket, this is what you get when you have other people take care of your stuff.... but the thing that kills me is that she had the ticket for 2 weeks and she didnt check it once until last night.... we could have done something before yesterday now it is a whole another ballgame.... god, where do these people come from????
