Morning Girls....I got up at 6 and thought i head was going to blow!! so i layed down for a 'bit'..well 8:20 got up....showered and got to work by 9.

How do you ladies get up early to go to the gym? I am lucky I can get up, period! I started going after work with FH. Yesterday we walked around the neighborhood for 1/2 hour...it was so much better than staring at the wall while walkingon the treadmill. Too bad it's raining today.....looks like I'll be hittin' the ol' mill after all....

I tried getting up earlier than usual to workout, ONCE!! I honestly don't know how anyone does it. I was half asleep. I am so not a morning person
