GMs tux or suits

I gave my FH full responsibility for taking care of GMs tux or suits as I'm clueless with this - until now of course, they haven't tried on anything and dunno where to go - any recommendations? How much on average do rentals cost?

Also where can we find chocolate/dark brown tux or suit for FH?

TIA!!!!

I actually started by looking for brown tuxes.

I found a place called Zeller that supplies them they have shops all over tri state.

But after looking at latest fashions, it looks like Tux are looking more like suits. So I'm going to make my FH buy a new suit (which he needs anyway)

we looked at a few places and a decent suit is about the same price as a rental.

especially if you are doing other than black (navy in our case) it is wortth it i think to just have them but a suit they will be able to use again.

I used Tuxedo Park in Carle Place, but there is also one in Patchogue and i think a 3rd location. They were a bit pricier then the average tuxedo places but they tuxedos were brand spanking new, didnt look worn out and the service was impeccable

we used Esquuire Tuxedo in Merrick. Michael was wonderful to deal with. He will order for you if he doesn't have it in the shop and in our case ordered for it to arrive on Wed for Sun wedding in case something was dreadfully wrong he had time to reorder to correct it.

he matched any prices we gave him and it wound up being $99 for standard tux without shoes and about $150 for designer lightweight wool Jos. Abboud for dh.
