Bc my job is driving me crazy ever since he hired our PERMANENT SUB this year. All I do is cover for her!!! She's afraid of the upper grades so she cries to him and makes me do it. Their excuse is..well your the only one who can handle them. Um. What about MY job? This is serious bs!!! Hire people who do their job please!! I apprrecIate the way people think I do a good job with them, but I'm sick and tired of being taken advantage of! 23 more days...23 more days..

I'm in the same boat...and it just got worse. The NP that actually did his job has quit. 23 days will go quick!
