my dad is saying this is starting tomorrow (or maybe the day after) apparently the TV is going all digital

(I have verizon so for all i know this is only for verizon subscribers)

But if you dont have a box you wont even get free TV channels.. So basicially I cant watch TV when on the treadmill anymore until i get a box for it.

or i could have just completly misunderstood him and have no idea what I am talking about

I think it's February of 2009, I was watching TV the other night and this little blue window kept creeping in from the bottom left of the screen and that's the date it said.

LOL if you or he have rabbit ear TV's then you should start worrying. But if you have Optimum or Verizon you're fine.

yeah i heard february of 09 too, theres a commercial always on that says this

Your dad is right. As of April 2008 all of Verizon is going digital.

ETA as of February 2009 all TV companies will have to be digital by law.
