Going Dress Shopping!!!

Girls,

I am going dress shopping this weekend. Are there any questions I should make sure to ask? Should I bring anything with me?

wear regular underwear because the sales ladies will see all!! Bring a good strapless bra with you and bring a camera just in case you can take pictures. Good luck and enjoy it!

Believe it or not, getting dressed and undressed into wedding dresses can be exhaustive. So bring a bottle of water!

A lot of places I've been to like to see pictures of what you have been looking at in magazines so they can find something similar to that if not the same thing.

I also brought high healed shoes with me to get an idea of how I would look with a little height.
Where are you going shopping. I'm going this weekend too! I'm heading to Bridal of Centerreach and Burtons.

Ha, so true! By now I'm pretty much comfortable walking around naked at these places. Learn to get comfortable being in your underwear. I even had an incident where I was trying on a BM dress with the bride and her mom there, and this place just had one big room instead of changing rooms, so I had to get down to my underwear with my friend, her mom and the tailor in the room. My friend and I are MUCH closer now

Oh this is sooo true!! I was sweating big time!! HOT and tired!! We were able to take pics so bring your camera incase!

That's a great tip about bringin the bottle of water. You will definitely work up a sweat trying on different dresses. and also bring magazine pics of your favorite dresses - even if they don't carry that particular dress they might be able to find u something very similar in style. Good Luck!
