going for makeup trials this week! Need advice-

Hello everyone, I'm new here and this is my very first post! I have been viewing the boards for about a week now and everyone seems so helpful and supportive of each other that I figured hey, why not :)

Anyway- I am going for 2 makeup trials this week and I'm wondering if airbrush is preferred over traditional makeup application. I need it to last for 12 hours (you all know the deal!)
Also, if I am not satisfied with those makeovers I plan on going to Mac and asking if anyone there does freelance work. Does anyone have experience using a Mac artist? Thanks in advance!!

also I used a MAC woman for my e-party, and she did a really good job, but it was a little to much for me. But goodluck with your trials!
