We have our tasting Thursday and I'm soooooooooo excited!! So do any Royalton brides know whether we'll get to taste our cake or any of the CH passed hors d'ourves?? I'm thinking it's probably just the dinner entrees that we get to try

QUESTION! Does Gerard contact you for the Menu? I don't know if I'm supposed to call and set it up with him or visa versa. I'm not in a rush and I don't need to deviate from the way they normally do things. I just wanted to know how this part gets off the ground! THANKS!

Yay!!! Stacy's tomorrow. I'm 7/11 and then you're the next week. We're going to have some great Royalton pictures on this site in the next few weeks!!!!
Just putting it out there.. I would not recommend waiting to hear from the Royalton for menu and tasting if you start getting antsy. I got wrapped up in other things and before I knew it, it was 2 and a half months till the wedding and invites are going out and we have not picked the menu. Of course once I called Gerard was super accomodating and made me confident that everything will be fine. But thought others could learn from my procrastination.
