Going house shopping......

FH and I took a virtual tour online this weekend....We then passed by the house last night to check out the exterior....

THE HOUSE IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT AND IN OUR PRICE RANGE!!!!

Wish us luck - we are going to see the realtor tonight @ 7:30

We are looking to stay in Queens...The house we are seeing tonight is in Bayside, less than 10 blocks away from my current home.

FH is running late for our appointment....We are meeting with the realtor is 15 minutes and I'm getting very antsy!

So....we just got back from the house. it was nice but it need a lot of work. we are putting in a low offer tomorrow. if the accept, great...if not, we're going to keep looking

If you and FH are handy and good at this and have ppl who can help it can end up being great. My apartment was COMPLETELY re-done. We took the whole kitchen apart and took every little thing out. We made one of the bathrooms bigger by taking away a closet from my bedroom, the other bathroom we added a stand up shower, completely re did the hallway closets and then just all the smaller renovations. Doing all the walls, floors. It can be done

if they're up for it then that is great. I actually kind of want to buy a home we can fix up, i dont know why but i do lol...Plus everything will be nice and new
