going into contract next week on a co-op

i 'm so excited we put an offer in and we were accepted it is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom

We are just starting to look now... not sure what is best though co-op, condo, house.... Do you have a mortgage broker or real estate agent to recommend? And where is the co-op? Do you have any advice for us? You can FM me if you want!

we only have a lawyer for right now
the people we are buying the co-op from are so nice that they are willing to wait for an Aug. 1st closing . which is good because we are getting married in oct.

This are your options when you have to find somewhere to live from best - down

rent

for us house and condo were to expensive for us
condo you own the walls of your apartment
if you want to knock down a wall you can

co-op you buy into a corporation and have shares you can't do anything to the existing walls unless going threw a board.
if you go for a co-op look to see that there finances are in order that is the most important thing

these days renting is a morgage payment
and rather put the money in my pocket then someone elses

we just closed on our co-op about a week ago and now we're making it beautiful!!!
it's a lot of work, but it's so much fun!!!
