so i had invited my friends from school with out their SO... now my friend is getting married next month and she invited me and DH which was very nice of her.. so she gave 160 so if both of us are going to hers should we double what she gave?

I'm doing the same thing. I did invite there SO, her FH couldn't make it. DH and I are going to her wedding next week and we will put a gift from both of us.
ETA: I will double what she gave us.
