Going to Chateau la Mer on Sunday...

What are some things that I should be sure to ask for? Extras? I dont even really know what extras to ask for lol - can I ask for an extra hr? I dont think we want a VH so can that be in its place? Wine on tables? etc.... How do I go about trying to get them to come down on price per person?
