I'm using them and so far they have been good. The ring they are making me is beautiful and the price is pretty competitive. My only advise is that you call them if they don't call you in awhile - I waited like a month and a half to get my stone fitting appointment and they never called me. I had to ask someone from there when I saw them at a bridal show what was going on and she told me it was a mistake and I should have gotten a call. They rectified it and have been pretty good ever since.

I used them for our wedding rings...they (Stephan) created a wedding ring to go with my e-ring (I bought my e-ring from somewhere else) and we loved the design. My e-ring is a unique twisted band so I knew we wouldn't find a wedding ring to go with it unless it was custom designed...we had no problems with them regarding the wedding rings...but we used them for our appraisal of my e-ring and we did have a problem with them for that...they promised us it would be done within a few days but we had to keep calling and calling...then when it was given to us, they made a huge error...they appraised it for much less then my Fh had paid! Usually jewelry, esp e-rings, are aprraised higher than what was paid for them...so we had to have them redo it. All in all my opinion is they are great with designing but I just wouldn't recommend them for an appraisal...! JMO... FM me if you have any other questions
