going to see some florists tomorrow!!!!!!

so, now that the photog. is DONE. i am concentrating on the flowers...if I don't finalize this I am going to drive myself, FH and Kissy crazy!!!! Hahahahaha

wish me luck...I have a feeling I will be at both place for a long time.

I'm going to the Flower Barn in Seaford and Bayview Montage in Massapequa.

Oh, and I talked to Burton's yesterday....the quote was a little too high - can you believe that??

Frank is not allowed to go to florists with me. He thinks that we should spend about 2000 for all high CP's, Bo-K's, etc. He has no clue. Love him!


I'm going by myself. I've already done Simply Stems...and I am doing Pedestals in April. Since I called Burton's I know the price there --- the problem I had with it was that I am trying to do something small and affordable on the 'low' tables...and their quote for a low CP is 70. I can't spend 70 bucks on a few tulips...it's just not right!


We may go check out a DJ in Jersey on Sunday. He goes all over the place. The DJ will be our downfall, I know.

that is weird for $70 for a low centerpiece with only tulips...That does not seem right...The only thing you can do is shop around & know the prices!!!

I went with Erin yesterday to Pedestals...It was tons of fun!!!

I think Robert is my new favorite member of her family. (Coda, a close second.. hehe) He is the nicest person EVER!!! He had so many ideas... was ripping flowers out of CP's to show me how they looked... totally got the look i was going for.. and HE DIDN'T TAKE ME TO THE CLEANERS!!!
I felt really comfortable telling him what I didn't like (which I never do... ) and he put so many things together that I never would have imagined before. Plus: he said he can duplicate the bok picture i brought with me!!! He's my new hero!

It went well!!!! Very well

I can't wait for you to go.. it was so much fun

You so not the anti-bride...Everyone has a different planning style...You really fell in love with The Carlyle, BM dresses & flowers first...So you are making your day based on things you REALLY want!!! I love your dedication...Look at me, I picked BM dress colors based on the flower color that I wanted!! We are both doing our wedding the 'non-traditional' planning! Must be why we are the bestest of friends!

Kiddo: I fell in love with Robert when I met him for 2 seconds the other night. He seriously is awesome. I can not wait to go 'play' with him! Hahaha.

I can't wait to go to FlowerBarn either. I think I am meeting with Michael. I'm starting to lose my mind with flowers.
