I used to do LAweight loss- they def work if you stick to it . Im going to a nutrionist now- 13 lbs down 500 more to go

So what exactly is the La Weightloss diet?

So from my understanding, they give you a menu catered to your lifestyle. there is no food to buy except their bars that support the weight loss.

They suggest you come in 3 times a week to get weighed and speak to your counselor. I think it works cause it makes you face the music.

Is it expensive? I think I inquired a while ago, and the told me some ASTRONOMICAL price...like you had to pay the entire year in advance...is that still true???

It is 7 dollars a week and yeah you have to pay in advance, but i broke it up over 4 months.

I am on it now....it has been working for me but you have to be really strict!

Elaina - You can do it. Believe me. I was on the program and lost 45 pounds in 5 months. The program really works if you are motivated and consistent with your food plans. And the 3x week meeting with your counselor and to get weghed work to your advantage because it keeps you on your feet!! I know it did for me. The scale became my best friend and each week I was determined to always see those numbers decline. My best friend just started 2 weeks ago since she is expecting to plan a wedding in the near future and she lost a little over 5 pounds so far. If you have any questions, I am available via FM (since I dont often frequent the 07 board but I am here tonight at the request of one of your fellow brides to be - Cherese.

I really appreciate all of this motivation, I really do. I want to lose 50 pounds. In order for me to look good I only need to lose 30 but I want to go for my healthy wait. I am motiated this time. And it doesnt seem to hard so far. I will be def. FM'ing you
