What are some absolute MUST questions to ask???

I really am not a help about what questions to ask but I am thinking about booking them so please FM me with all full report after and we can compare notes. I talked about what kind of centerpieces I wanted, the chuppah, what kind of seating card centerpiece. I also brought a picture of me in my dress so they could see what kind of flowers I should carry. You can tell them your BM color dress and they will match bouqets. I asked them if they would make me a sample and they said yes- and I could take out and add things if I liked or didn't like them.

More importantly I really like them because they gave ideas about what I should do and not just said well, what do YOU want. I am not a florist - I have some ideas but don't know exactly what I want. So they seemed pretty helpful. Hope this helps! Good luck!

Hmmm, my advice be very SPECIFIC about what flowers you want (unless you're looking for their advice)
Be sure the flowers will be available, ask what is their policy if somehting goes wrong and they need to make last minute changes, will they notify you and when?
Who delivers the flowers
What time
How many extra staff do they have in case of emergency to the one assigned to your wedding
Will they deliver to different locations
Will they set up Church (if needed) and cake (if needed)
Will they give you a sample
Can you see your flowers the night before(or morning of for evening wedding) (If you're anal like me )
What will they do if they get a bad batch of flowers, where will they get the replacements from?
